The effective surcharge rate for FUEL is : 4.0%

* Our surcharge will reflect the date our pre-note is received.

** Fuel surcharge will be added to both linehaul and miscellaneous drayage (i.e. chassis spot, term and stop-offs).

*** Fuel Surcharges are modified at the beginning of each month based on the prior months NAFI US average
